Accessibility statement
This site is built to be usable with a screen reader and a keyboard. Here is what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Document procedures are exactly the kind of information that must reach everyone. Not being able to read a page here can mean going to the wrong office or missing a deadline.
What we target
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, targeting level A as the minimum and working towards AA. Turkish legislation sets a conformance obligation with a transition period for service providers.
What we have done
- Meaningful heading structure on every page, with a single main heading
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator
- Text and background contrast checked against the guidelines
- Descriptive link text rather than “click here”
- Labelled form fields with errors described in text
- Tables used for data with proper header cells
- Layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling on small screens
⚠ What does not work
We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. Those tools do not deliver conformance and can interfere with the assistive technology a visitor already uses.
Known limitations
Some pages contain wide tables that scroll horizontally within their own container on narrow screens. We are reviewing whether these can be restructured.
Tell us
If something on this site does not work with your screen reader, magnifier or keyboard, please tell us what page and what happened. Reports are answered and used to fix the underlying problem.
