Pre-contract information
The information we provide before you commit to an order: who we are, what the service covers, what it costs, when it will be delivered and what your withdrawal right is. This service is subject to Turkish consumer legislation.
Before you place an order we set out the following information. This service is provided from Türkiye and is subject to Turkish consumer legislation, regardless of where you are located.
The provider
Our full trade name, registered address, trade registry and MERSİS numbers, telephone and e-mail are published on the company information page.
The service
Translation of the documents you supply, with the certification level agreed in your quotation: sworn translation, and where required notarial certification. The quotation states the language pair, the volume counted and the number of certified copies.
Apostille and consular legalisation are obtained from the relevant authorities; where we arrange them on your behalf this is shown as a separate item.
Price and payment
The total is itemised in your written quotation: translation, notarial certification, official fees and courier shown separately. Prices shown to consumers include VAT.
Payment terms and timing are stated in the quotation. No work begins before your approval.
Delivery
The delivery date is stated in the quotation. Delivery is by collection in Ankara or by courier; courier time is included in the stated date.
Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory right to withdraw. Because translation is a service, that right ends if you expressly consent to work beginning before the withdrawal period expires and you have been informed that you will lose the right.
The full explanation is on right of withdrawal.
Complaints
You can raise a complaint with us directly. Turkish consumer legislation additionally provides application routes to consumer arbitration committees and courts; we do not restrict that right.
