Document handling service

For people outside Türkiye: obtaining Turkish documents, arranging the apostille, translating and sending them on — as one managed run rather than a series of instructions you carry out from abroad.

In brief

Certification level
Apostil + Noter onayı
Estimated time
Depends on the authorities involved; agreed in writing beforehand

A great deal of Turkish document work does not require you to be here. Where you are abroad and something in Türkiye has to be obtained, certified and sent on, we can run the whole sequence.

What the service covers

  • Obtaining Turkish documents from registries and institutions
  • Apostille from the governorship or the courthouse commission
  • Sworn translation into the target language
  • Notarial certification where required
  • Courier to you or directly to the receiving institution

⭐ What makes it possible

Authority in the right form. A power of attorney drawn up at a Turkish consulate is valid here directly — no apostille, no translation — and it names the transactions we may carry out.

⚠ Turkish institutions read authority narrowly, so ask what wording is needed before the consular appointment. Redrafting means booking another one — see power of attorney issued abroad.

What we ask you for

The receiving country and institution, exactly which document it requires, the target language, and whether that country also wants the translation certified. That last question decides whether the sequence is one cycle or two.

Documents we cannot obtain

Some records are released only to the person concerned or to a close relative, and no power of attorney overcomes that. Where we hit such a limit we tell you immediately rather than working around it.

And we cannot apostille a foreign document, in this service or any other.

Timing

Institutional queues are outside our control, so we give a delivery estimate with the parts we control identified separately. Where a country is outside the Hague Convention, expect weeks — see consular legalisation.

What you receive

The document set with its certifications, a record of which authority certified what and on what date, and scans sent electronically as soon as each step completes.

Sending documents to us

Start with a flat scan so a quotation can be prepared before anything travels. Physical originals are needed only where a notary or the receiving institution must see them, and we will tell you which of your documents fall into that group before you post anything.

What you receive

The completed document set with certifications, couriered or sent electronically
