Telephone, e-mail and the full street address are published on the contact page, together with working hours.

For document files, e-mail is usually the fastest route: send a flat scan and state which institution the file is for.

Why this matters when choosing a provider

A translation office that does not publish its registered name, registry number and address gives you no one to hold responsible if something goes wrong.

Before sending documents anywhere, check that these details are published and that they match the entity issuing your invoice.

Applicable law

Services are provided from Türkiye and are subject to Turkish legislation, including consumer and data protection law. Contract terms are set out in the distance service agreement.

Complaints

Raise a complaint with us directly. Consumer arbitration committees and courts remain available under Turkish law.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued in the registered trade name shown above. For corporate invoicing, send your tax details before work begins; adding them afterwards requires a separate correction.
