Sworn translation, notarised translation and apostille handling from an Ankara-registered company.

For Turkish documents going abroad we can obtain the apostille and arrange the translation as one run. For foreign documents there is nothing to handle here — that step belongs to the issuing country.
For countries outside the Hague Convention, a single certificate becomes a chain of three or four sequential steps. We manage the Turkish end of it and tell you honestly what we cannot control.
Volume work where consistency is the product: company formation files, tender bundles, litigation sets and permit batches, translated as sets so that names and defined terms match throughout.
For people outside Türkiye: obtaining Turkish documents, arranging the apostille, translating and sending them on — as one managed run rather than a series of instructions you carry out from abroad.
Where a party to a notarial act does not speak Turkish, a sworn translator must attend and sign the record. The first question is never the language — it is which notary office, because the oath record works only there.
Court decisions, contracts, powers of attorney and probate documents. Terms are rendered as what they are rather than converted into their nearest Turkish counterpart — because equivalence is a legal determination, not a translation one.
A sworn translation with a notarial certification page bound to it. The notarial fee is fixed by official tariff, so the only variable worth deciding is whether your file genuinely needs this level.
A translation carrying the translator's statement, stamp and wet signature. It is the base level of certification here — and for some institutions it is all you need.
The migration authority asks for notarised sworn translation. Half the work is deciding which of your documents actually need it — Turkish documents never do, and multilingual civil status forms often replace it entirely.
The one file where notarisation is often not required. Work permit legislation accepts a sworn translator's certification or an official authority's — and assuming otherwise is a cost nobody asked you to pay.
