Get a quote
Send your document and tell us which institution it is for. You receive an itemised total and a delivery date before any work starts — no work begins without your written approval.
A quotation is only useful if it is complete. Ours lists every item separately so nothing appears later that you did not agree to.
What to send
- A flat scan of every page, including reverse sides
- The institution the file is for
- The approval level, if you already know it
- Your deadline, if you have one
- How many certified copies you need
The second item matters more than it looks. The same document costs differently depending on which institution asks for it, because the required approval level differs.
What you receive
An itemised total — translation, notarisation, apostille and courier shown separately — and a delivery date. Both in writing.
If part of your request is unnecessary, we say so. If a document can be obtained in multilingual form and avoid translation entirely, we tell you that too.
Before work starts
Nothing begins until you approve the quotation. If you ask us to start before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we take that consent separately and explain what it means for your right to withdraw.
The detail is on right of withdrawal.
⚠ Sensitive documents
If your file contains health reports or criminal record certificates, send only the pages that are actually requested. These are sensitive personal data and are handled under a separate notice; see special category data.
The form below
Fill in the form on this page and we reply with an itemised quotation. You can attach the documents to it, or leave only your contact details and send the files afterwards — either is fine.
Uploaded files are written to a protected area that cannot be downloaded directly, and they are never sent through free machine translation or artificial intelligence services. Filling in the form is not placing an order, so it asks for no commitment about your right to withdraw; that question arises only when you approve the quotation.
